デビュー・アルバム『フューネラル』（Funeral, 2004）に収録。ネイバーフッド組曲の3曲目。歪んだギターの音色が耳に残る、ひたすらヘヴィなロックナンバー。インディーロック・ファンからすると、ギターとはかくあるべしというのを地でいっているように思う。しかしそこはアーケード・ファイアなので、単なるロックンロールではなく、グロッケンやヴァイオリンなどいろんな楽器の音が入っていて、何とも不穏で独特な雰囲気。雪がふりしきる中、停電してしまった町についてウィン・バトラーはほとんど叫ぶように歌っているが、それは切迫感に満ちているだけでなく、何か煽動しているようでもある。
